Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating machinery, inspecting products for quality, and supporting daily production goals in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Training is provided. ** 2nd and 3rd shift only **

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery
• Load materials and unload finished products
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Report machine issues or defects to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow company safety procedures and work instructions
• Complete basic production paperwork

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
