We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual who is passionate about machinery and production processes. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our production goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of machinery according to specifications.
• Slitters, Packaging, Print, Looms, Traverse, Converting and similar machines
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
• Document production data and report any issues to management promptly.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Technical training in machine operation is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
