**Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain printing press equipment to achieve production schedules and quality standards.

• Review job specifications and work orders to ensure all customer requirements are understood and communicated to the production team.

• Lead and support press helpers during production and equipment downtime to maintain efficient workflow.

• Monitor print quality throughout production by verifying color, registration, and material specifications, making adjustments as needed.

• Inspect finished products to identify and correct print defects, ensuring consistent quality and accuracy.

• Perform routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following all safety regulations and housekeeping standards.

• Complete additional production-related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and maintain production equipment.

• Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret work orders and job specifications.

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical or print quality issues in a manufacturing or printing environment.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while following safety procedures.
