ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties including those not specifically related to the Primary Packaging positions may be assigned.
· Includes – Utility Operators, Supply/Relief, Scale Operator, Slicer Operator, Casepacker, Cheese Harp Operator, and Tray Denester.
· Responsible for proper operation of assigned equipment in manufacturing Lunchables according to packaging specifications, finished product specifications, and all safety requirements. This includes getting supplies, loading
supplies, operating machines, clearing jams and restarting machine, and monitoring machine performance.
· Will be trained and rotate to primary packaging equipment.
· Operate by the HACCP plans for the product line.
· Maintain a clean work area, adhere to all GMP’s and safety policies such as LO/TO and Personal Protective Equipment
· This person has the responsibility to operate under the Kraft Heinz Safety Values.
· Adhere to all safety and environmental policies, procedures and compliance programs.
· Work toward achieving an injury free environment.
· Responsible for reviewing work areas for potential losses and loss control opportunities and for reporting hazards,
injuries/illnesses, and other losses to Line Leads.
· Effectively utilize HMI display and make minor adjustments per SKU needs
· Detect when adjustments are required based on machine observations and performance, responding to machine faults
promptly and correctly for maximum machine up time. Effectively communicate electrical and mechanical problems.
Detect supply problems and machine problems and properly respond.
· Assist in product changeovers on the line. This includes mechanical changeovers on each individual piece of equipment.
· He/she must be self-motivated and be able to work in a team environment. Good communication is essential.
