This position is currently available for 2nd and 3rd shift

**Requirements:

**

• Minimum 2 years of continuous experience as a manufacturing machine operator

• Must be 18 years or older

• Mechanical knowledge, including experience with welding

• Proficient in reading gauges and using digital calipers/micrometers

• Experience troubleshooting, using hand/power tools, and operating machinery

• Able to pass background and drug screening

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Punctual and dependable

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift throughout the shift

• Comfortable walking up and down ladders

• Team player with strong communication and basic math skills

• Strong physical dexterity

**Key Responsibilities:

**

• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor

• Prepare machinery and equipment for operation

• Follow safety and production guidelines

• Ensure consistent speed and accuracy in operations

• Identify and remove faulty products

• Operate mechanical and computer-controlled equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve machine faults

• Properly use tools and machinery

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
