**Primary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:

**

• Utlize proper PPE as required for cell

• Shared responsibility for finished goods meeting or exceeding customer expectations

• - - - - Follow directions from drawings, standard work and work instructions. Identify any special instructions or customer requirements

• Set up and operate forming cell

• Packaging product within cell

• - - - - Certified Inspections. Understand the inspection process (training required)

• Proper use of measuring devices, if applicable (measurement training required)

• - - - - Make labels for product and properly complete production reports.

• Adhere to quality standards and guidelines. Maintain accurate records

• Maintain work area in clean and orderly fashion, follow 5S practices

• Report production issues to Value Stream Team Leader

• Perform work of an equal or lower classification

**Minimum Qualifications (relevant experience, education and/or training):

**

• High School Diploma or GED, recognizes International Diplomas (may need to be translated to English)

• U.S. Citizen or permanent residency status required

• Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Detail Oriented

• Must be able to read work orders and interpret manufacturing specifications, understand and use shop math, use and interpret measuring instruments (i.e. calipers, micrometers, pi tape, etc.)

• Must be able to demonstrate ability to operate manufacturing equipment

• Must be able to write legibly, read and speak English

• Must be able to work and communicate with peers

• Must be able to adapt to production needs to satisfy customer demands

• Basic computer skills preferred

• Basic understanding of lean fundamentals preferred

**Physical & PPE Requirements:

**

Standing, sitting, bending, grasping, lifting and carrying (up to 50 lbs.), walking, work under normal conditions. Steel-toed shoes, safety glasses and ear plugs (85-90 dB) are all required when working in the mfg plant.

You should be proficient in:

• Machine Building/Assembling
• Mechanical Assembly Skills

• Blow Molding Machine
• Rotational Molding Machine
