We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Fletcher, NC. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our machinery operates efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor various types of machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
Load and unload materials and finished products into and out of machines
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to set up machines accurately.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Enter daily labor and production quantities into the ERP system accurately
Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
Document production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
No ride sharing, carpooling, or public transportation permitted
Comfortable working around metal, oils, coolants, anti-foam products, and cleaning chemicals
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced production environment
