Day Shift:    Monday – Thursday 5:30 am - 4:00 pm

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our fabrication team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing. The Machine Operator will learn to operate equipment and assist experienced fabricator operators while developing valuable hands-on skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist fabrication operators with machine setup, operation, and production tasks
• Learn to safely operate fabrication machinery and tools
• Load and unload materials from machines
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support team members as needed to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic math and measuring skills a plus
