Set up, operate, and maintain various types of machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during production.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine performance.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
