• Perform mechanical troubleshooting to maintain machinery in peak condition.
• Handle heavy materials safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment setup and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
• Strong equipment troubleshooting skills with a focus on mechanical systems.
• Experience in heavy material handling and safety practices.
• Ability to perform machine setups for various production runs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
