Overview

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our production team in Eden Prairie MN. This temp-to-hire role is responsible for operating machinery on a daily basis to ensure hight-quality output, consistent production flow, and proper equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to meeting production standards.

• Set up and operate various types of machinery in accordance with production specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any issues encountered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery operation is a plus.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
