Production Operator
Pay: $23.00/hour | Full-Time | Eau Claire, WI
Schedule:
π 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM β 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM β 7:00 AM
- Shifts rotate between days and nights approximately every 8 weeks

What You'll Do
- Operate automated manufacturing equipment according to production specifications
- Prepare, load, and adjust machine settings for raw materials
- Operate cutting, gluing, conveyor, vision inspection, and packaging equipment
- Monitor and respond to PLC/HMI systems
- Perform machine setups and product changeovers
- Conduct routine quality inspections throughout production
- Safely use hand tools as needed
- Identify equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting
- Perform basic preventive maintenance
- Follow Lean Manufacturing principles and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate machine status during shift changeovers
- Assist with inventory and other production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of consecutive employment with one employer
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read work instructions and production documents
- Basic math skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

Physical Requirements
