Machine Operator

We're hiring Machine Operators to run extrusion and thermoforming equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for producing quality products, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion and thermoforming equipment.
• Monitor production and make machine adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Inspect products for quality and remove defective materials.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Package, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Extrusion and thermoforming experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends as needed.
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and move materials using warehouse equipment.

Ideal for candidates with machine operation, plastics manufacturing, extrusion, thermoforming, or industrial production experience.
