Machine Operator

Pay: $20 - $22/hr + $3/hr shift differential

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has previous machine operating and forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up and inspect the sampling line before and after each shift.

• Operate conveyors and feed materials into semi-automated machinery.

• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot production issues.

• Complete inspection forms and maintain production activity logs.

• Communicate with forklift operators and team members to maintain workflow.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of machine operating experience.

• Previous sit-down forklift experience.

• Ability to read work orders and weights.

• Comfortable working in a warm or hot environment.

• Ability to wear a respirator mask and required protective equipment.

• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety.
