Job Description

We are looking for experienced Machine Operators at our plastics recycling facility in Dundee, MI. Our machine operators are responsible for operating and maintaining recycling equipment, in an effort to ensure environmental sustainability.

As a Machine Operator, you will:

• Operate plastic recycling equipment in a safe manner
• Monitor & troubleshoot equipment, making adjustments & basic repairs
• Feed lines with top-quality raw materials to produce top-quality post-consumer plastic resin
• Move materials by hand and by forklift
• Package finished product for shipping
• Maintain area to adhere to 5S standards

To be a Machine Operator, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to walk/stand for the duration of shift
• Forklift experience preferred
• Solid work history

**Shifts & Pay: **

3-2-2-3 Schedule (3 days on, 2days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)

• Day Shift: 7am-7:30pm ($18.75/hr)
• Night shift: 7pm-7:30am ($20.25/hr)
