Job Description

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator at Des Plaines, IL location to join their team.

**Pay Rate: **$22/hr - $25/hr

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manufacturing machines according to production requirements

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards

• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment

• Load raw materials and ensure proper machine functioning during operation

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules

• Maintain accurate production records and reports

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with CNC or automated machinery

• Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices

• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

You should be proficient in:

• CNC
