Machine Operator – $19.50/Hour

Denton, TX

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Shift: Day Shift – 5:00 AM Start

Schedule: 8–10 Hour Shifts | Saturdays as Needed

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Machine Operators to join our production team in Denton, TX. This position requires individuals who can work with automated equipment while also assisting in various production areas as needed. The ideal candidate is flexible, safety-focused, and comfortable performing manual labor in a physically demanding industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor automated production equipment
  • Assist in multiple areas of production as needed
  • Perform manual labor and material handling tasks
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support team members to meet production goals
  • Complete assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
  • Comfortable performing manual labor throughout the shift
  • Must not be afraid of heights
  • Ability to work in a harsh industrial environment, including exposure to dust, heat, and noise
  • Flexible to work 8–10 hour shifts as production demands require
  • Available to work Saturdays when needed
  • Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
