Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking skilled and experienced** Machine Operators** for a manufacturing client. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining MASA machinery and production equipment to ensure optimal performance, quality output, and production efficiency. You will work closely with the maintenance and quality control teams to meet production targets while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Pay: Up to $26.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor MASA machinery and related equipment (e.g., mixing units, conveyors, pallet systems, etc.)
• Set up machine parameters and perform production start-ups and shutdowns.
• Perform routine checks and adjustments to ensure proper machine functionality and product quality.
• Inspect output for quality assurance and report defects or inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the machine and working area.
• Complete production logs and reports accurately and on time.
• Follow all plant safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience operating MASA machinery (preferably MASA XL or similar models).
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, machine manuals, and SOPs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-conscious.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.

Preferred:

• Technical diploma or training in mechanical/electrical fields.
• Knowledge of automation and PLC systems used in MASA machines.
