About the Job

Are you looking for a hands-on job in a clean, modern manufacturing facility? As a Machine Operator, you will help make high-quality automotive parts using advanced equipment. No extensive manufacturing experience is required. We will train the right person who is dependable, safety-focused, and ready to learn.

What You'll Do

• Operate production machines and equipment.
• Load and unload parts from machines.
• Inspect parts to make sure they meet quality standards.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Monitor machines and report problems to supervisors.
• Complete simple production and quality paperwork.
• Help with machine changeovers and setup activities.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to follow directions and safety rules.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for most of your shift.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Use hands frequently to handle parts and materials.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
