Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment. This role ensures efficient production, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Shift 7AM-5:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machinery per production orders and safety guidelines
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper performance and identify issues
• Load raw materials and remove finished products
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Make basic adjustments and troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, inspections)
• Record production data, including quantities and quality checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE

Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, quality focus, safety awareness

Qualifications:

• Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read basic work instructions, blueprints, or specifications
• Experience with hand tools and measuring devices preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and dependability
