We have an opening for a Machine Operator in our Construction Products plant.
Responsibilities:
Performs filling and packing work assignments and material handling duties to support various operations.
Choose appropriate materials to complete a job (i.e. tubes, boxes, labels, etc.)
Set up equipment and machinery for operation
Works with a team to label and package quality adhesives in various size containers that are ready to ship on time to the company’s customers.
Qualifications
HS Diploma or equivalent required
18 years of age or older
Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
General mechanical aptitude, machine operating and multi-tasking experience is a plus
Must be able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Union membership required after 30 days of employment
**Shift **
2nd shift (3pm – 11:15 pm)
Initial training will occur during 1st shift which is 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional overtime may be required. Pay $24.85 per hour plus a shift differential of $1.75 per hour is paid for 2nd shift.
