Pay: $21.50/hr (Days) | $23.50/hr (Nights)

Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Holland Sharpe is hiring Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role operating equipment and supporting production operations in a team-oriented environment

Shift Information

• 12-hour shifts
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• Day and Night shifts available

Pay

• Day Shift: $21.50 per hour
• Night Shift: $23.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Support daily production operations
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain quality and production standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Stable work history with good job tenure
• Previous experience in manufacturing, farming, construction, or other physically demanding work preferred
• Ability to clearly communicate previous work experience
• Professional attitude and ability to work well with others

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment
