Machine Operator – Converting / Packaging / Printing

-No Contract, Direct hire Opportunity.

Pay:$24.00–$28.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Available Shifts (Monday–Friday):

• 2nd Shift:3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift:11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Our Client is seeking experiencedMachine Operatorswith a background in thepackaging, printing, or converting industryto join our growing manufacturing team. This is aDirect Hireopportunity offering competitive pay, multiple shifts, and long-term career stability.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating converting equipment and be comfortable setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining production machinery while producing high-quality finished products.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Operate converting equipment to produce high-quality materials.
• Set up, adjust, and operate machinery according to production specifications.
• Review work orders and production schedules to determine job requirements.
• Calculate and prepare materials needed for production runs.
• Perform machine changeovers and equipment adjustments.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic mechanical repairs.
• Monitor production quality and inspect finished products to ensure specifications are met.
• Package finished materials according to customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned.

Equipment Experience Preferred:

Candidates should have experience operating one or more of the following:

• Rotary Die Cutters
• Die Cutting Equipment
• Laminators
• Flexographic (Flexo) Printing Presses
• Slitter/Rewinders
• Single Lathe Slitters
• Flash Cut Tables
• Material Converting Equipment

Qualifications Required:

• Previous experience in theconverting, printing, packaging, or label manufacturing industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and make minor machine adjustments
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and manage production efficiently
• High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

• Frequently bend, kneel, and reach
• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Lift up to65 pounds
• Safely operate industrial manufacturing equipment
