Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. Ideal candidate is experienced in CNC machine router or knife oeprations. This role involves 20% travel to support field installations, allowing you to apply your skills beyond the production floor. We have a small production team that manage a range of production capabilities. Nice clean climate controlled production environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities

• Travel up to 20% Travel to support field installations
• Operate and monitor CNC cutting machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Operate and monitor Cut-to-length machines to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct quality inspections on finished products to maintain high standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform mechanical assembly and maintenance tasks as required.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software for programming and design purposes.
• Assist in packaging finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality inspection and equipment troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and assembly skills.
• Experience with facilities maintenance and basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with CNC machines, particularly 2d cutting technology.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
