We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Structural Steel General Laborer. This role is essential for supporting various construction , warehouse and ensuring the efficient handling of materials on-site. Responsibilities

• Operate industrial cleaning equipment to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Load and unload vehicles with heavy materials, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.
• Perform Pressure washing tasks as needed for project requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Participate in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate inventory management.
• Operate forklifts and cranes safely and efficiently to move materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and report progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or a related field.
• Strong skills in woodworking and heavy material handling.
• Forklift license is required; crane operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations on the job site.
