Job Overview:
One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their production team in Brooklyn, WI.
**Pay Rate: **$25/hr - $27/hr
**Shift: **3rd shift
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment according to production schedules and work instructions
Perform machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting to ensure efficient operation
Inspect finished products to verify quality standards and specifications are met
Load raw materials and unload finished products while maintaining production flow
Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues to the maintenance team
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance tasks
Read and interpret production orders, work instructions, and quality documentation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
2+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience operating industrial production equipment and performing machine setups
Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skillsExperience operating CNC, packaging, converting, or automated production equipment
