• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to understand production requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new operators and provide guidance on best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
