Job Title:Inserting Machine Operator

Location:Bolingbrook, IL

Pay:$18.00/hour + $1.00 Shift Differential

Schedule:Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Employment Type:Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliableInserting Machine Operatorto join our production team in Bolingbrook, IL. This position involves operating high-speed inserting machines to process and prepare mail according to client specifications. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate inserting machines based on job specifications

• Load materials into machine feeders (e.g., envelopes, letters, inserts)

• Monitor production for accuracy and efficiency

• Make adjustments and troubleshoot as needed

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines

• Verify that output meets quality and compliance standards

• Complete production logs accurately

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous machine operation or mailing industry experience is a plus

• Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Comfortable working under tight deadlines

• Basic computer knowledge helpful
