Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our growing team in the credit card production department. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a manufacturing environment, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth.
Highlights:
- Shift: 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Pay: 19.00/Hr.

Key Responsibilities
Operate production machines safely and efficiently
Read and follow job specifications, adjusting settings as needed
Load materials onto machines in proper sequence
Monitor machine operations, ensuring compliance with production standards
Maintain machine functionality through routine preventive maintenance
Work closely with Quality Assurance to meet product specifications
Complete accurate documentation and data entry
Use measuring devices such as calipers, tape measures, and micrometers
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety guidelines, including Lockout/Tag-out procedures and use of machine guards
Participate in ongoing training and improvement effort
Requirements
High School diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience operating production machinery
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Comfortable working around machinery in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Good verbal and written communication in English
Normal color vision and correctable eyesight to 20/20
Willingness to work overtime as needed
