Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you’ll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll DoOperate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelinesWork effectively in a team environment to promote productivityAttend daily shift meetings to measure progress and obtain feedback.Inspect outgoing material for accuracyMaintain work area and equipment in clean orderly condition and follow all safety policies and proceduresCrosstrain on multiple machinesParticipate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety CulturePerform additional duties as neededWhat You'll NeedMinimum 1 year working with heavy industrial environment experience preferred but not requiredPossess a strong work ethic and practice safe working habitsAbility to stand for duration of a shift, up to 12 hours; frequent physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs or reaching to work with equipment throughout the entire shiftMust be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and stepsAbility to work as a team player in a fast paced environment.Ability to work in uncontrolled climate environment and in the elementsExcellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are necessary to be successful in this roleYour EducationHigh School Diploma or GED preferredWe are CMC, a Fortune
