Conversion Technician – 3rd ShiftLocation: In-personShift: Sunday night – Thursday night | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AMPay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour + $3.00/hour shift differentialPosition OverviewWe are currently hiring a dependable and detail-focused Conversion Technician for our 3rd shift production team. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring converting equipment, including cutting and slitting machines, to support the production of specialized micro-prism film products.This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with full company benefits available after the successful completion of a 90-day contract period.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate cutting, slitting, and related production machineryMonitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiencyEnsure materials are properly loaded and flowing through equipment correctlyInspect finished products and verify specifications are metRead and follow production documentation, blueprints, and work instructionsMaintain accurate production and quality recordsKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeFollow all company safety and manufacturing proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious machine operating or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentationStrong attention to detail and mechanical aptitudeAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced production environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceAdditional $3.00/hour shift differential for 3rd shiftContract-to-hire opportunity with benefits eligibility after 90 daysBenefits Upon HireHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceCompany-paid life and AD&D insurance401(k) planPaid time offJob TypeFull-time | Contract-to-Hire | In-person
