Job Overview:
LeachGarner has an outstanding career opportunity for a Machine Operator to join our team on 1st shift in Attleboro.
Hours: 5:00am - 3:30pm Monday-Thursday ** 4-day workweek
Responsibilities include:
- Set up machines using routing orders, forms, specification and verbal and written instructions from supervisor
- Follow jobs to ensure production runs efficiently
- Monitor machine performance and maintain production quality standards
- Operate production machines in assigned area and other areas as needed
- Maintain records with some data entry
- Use various hand tools, micrometers, calculators and related tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Must follow all safety rules and PPE requirements
- Perform other tasks as needed to further our company's goals and uphold our commitments
Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times throughout shift utilizing safe lifting procedures
- Must be able to stand and move throughout a 10-hour shift
- Good manual dexterity and visual acuity
- Machine operator experience
- High school diploma or GED
