Machine Operator – Industrial Setting

We are currently looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in an industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operating experience, be comfortable working in a hands-on setting, and have the ability to read and work from drawings or technical specifications.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery and wants a consistent schedule with a 4-day workweek.

Schedule Options

Shift 1:

Monday–Thursday

6:30 AM–5:00 PM

Shift 2

Thursday–Sunday

6:30 AM–5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

* Operate and monitor industrial machinery safely and efficiently.

* Follow production instructions, drawings, and work specifications.

* Set up and operate machines according to established procedures.

* Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues or concerns.

* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and production requirements.

* Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

* Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

* Perform other hands-on production and machine-related duties as needed.

Requirements

* Previous experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

* Previous experience as a Machine Operator is required.

* Ability to read and understand drawings or technical specifications.

* Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.

* Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and move around throughout the workday.

* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

* Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

* Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team.
