**What You'll Do

**

As a Machinist, you'll receive hands-on training to operate precision machining equipment while learning the skills needed to manufacture high-quality aerospace components. As your experience grows, you'll develop your technical abilities and progress through structured training and pay grades.

**What We're Looking For

**

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Basic math skills

• Good communication skills

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Mechanical aptitude or an interest in manufacturing, mechanics, or hands-on work

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Ability to work assigned shifts

**Shift Information

**

Training is completed on 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM).

Upon successful completion of training, the majority of available positions are on:

• **2nd Shift:

  ** 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM or 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (+$0.75/hour shift differential)

• **3rd Shift:

  ** 10:30 PM – 6:15 AM or 11:50 PM – 7:00 AM (15% shift premium)

Applicants should be flexible to work 2nd or 3rd Shift after completing training.

**Pay & Benefits

**

• Starting wage of $22.00 per hour

• Structured pay progression with increases of approximately $2–$3 per hour at each advancement level
