Machine Maintenance Technician

Location: Saxonburg, PA 16056

Pay Rate: $22- 25.00 Depending on Experience

Schedule: You need to be available 3pm- 11pm AND 7am- 3pm, Monday to Friday, but they try to keep you on one shift as much as possible.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain production equipment. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical or electrical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and learning new systems. You will work alongside more experienced team members and receive training to grow your skills over time.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment

• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Support equipment startups and production operations

• Help maintain spare parts and maintenance tools

• Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve issues

• Learn and follow safety procedures and best practices

• Assist with equipment tear-downs and reassembly as needed

Required:

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience repairing machines or equipment

• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices

• Willingness to learn and follow safety standards

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Must meet background requirements and pass a drug screen
