What's an average day like?

• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve processes.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.

What we look for in a Machine Maintenance Technician?

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
