Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer in Parma, MI, seeking a skilled **Machine Maintenance Technician **to join their team. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity responsible for maintaining and supporting industrial machinery across assembly, machining, and casting operations.

Shifts

Opportunities are available on both 2nd and 3rd shifts

• 2nd 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• 3rd 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

• 5-day work week (M-F)

• Limited weekend OT/Volunteer OT available

Responsibilities:

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery (assembly/machining (CNC)/casting) with a willingness to perform both electrical and mechanical work.

• Read, interpret, and modify PLC ladder logic.

• Assist with robotics, automation, and other process equipment to ensure smooth production operations.

• Participate in team-driven quality and operational improvement activities (Kaizen).

• Support production as needed to ensure reliable and efficient equipment performance.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Journeyperson card or minimum five (5) years of documented related experience in industrial maintenance or a similar trade.

• Industrial background with hands-on experience in PLCs, CNC machinery, and automated equipment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of AC/DC electrical circuits.

• Experience with robotics.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
