Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machine maintenance is a plus.
• Proven experience in machine maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
