Our staffing agency is partnering with two well-established industrial equipment manufacturers that are expanding their engineering and manufacturing teams. Both companies build highly customized machinery from the ground up and are seeking experienced Machine Builders who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and seeing projects through from start to finish.

Machine Builder – Elk Grove Village, IL

$28–$32/hr | 1st Shift | Contract-to-Hire (Direct Hire Considered)

Join a stable international manufacturer that designs and builds custom industrial machinery used across a variety of manufacturing industries. This role offers the opportunity to build complete machines rather than performing repetitive production work.

Machine Builder – Elgin, IL

$30–$35/hr | 1st Shift | Direct Hire

Join a growing manufacturer of highly customized packaging equipment inside a modern, state-of-the-art production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys mechanical machine building and wants to work on unique projects from frame-up through final testing.

Ideal backgrounds for either role include:

• 3–5+ years of machine building or industrial equipment assembly experience

• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and schematics

• Pneumatics, hydraulics, fabrication, welding, or machining experience are all strong pluses
