Fusion Inc., a family-owned global leader in brazing and soldering automation since 1933, is seeking a motivated Machine Builder Apprentice to join our team in Willoughby, OH.
This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in advanced automation. Through our structured, hands-on Apprentice Program, you’ll gain valuable skills while assembling precision custom equipment. You’ll learn to build and repair dispensing nozzles, paste guns, and applicators; interpret blueprints; align components; set sensors; cut and drill materials; and perform wiring, light machining, and welding — all while receiving expert mentorship every step of the way.
No prior experience is needed. Every day you’ll contribute to building high-quality automated machines that are shipped to customers around the world, gaining real, practical experience that sets you up for long-term success as a skilled Machine Builder.
