  • Drill, tap, ream, cut, and modify components as needed
  • Use hand tools, power tools, drill presses, saws, grinders, and other shop equipment
  • Inspect components using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
  • Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues during assembly
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality and safe work practices

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in machine building, industrial equipment assembly, automation, or similar manufacturing

Nice to Have: Packaging machinery, conveyors/material handling, shrink-wrap equipment, forklift/crane, welding/fabrication, or Lean/Continuous Improvement experience.

Why Join?

  • Great shop environment and team culture
  • Work alongside an experienced, tenured team in a hands-on manufacturing environment
  • Build custom industrial machinery rather than repetitive production work
  • Strong opportunity to learn and expand your mechanical/electrical skillset
