We're seeking a 1st Shift Machine Attendant (Set-Up) Mills to support our client's manufacturing team. This temp-to-perm role is based on-site and offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic production environment in our client's facility.

1st Shift Machine Attendant (Set-Up) Mills Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring smooth production flow and troubleshooting issues promptly.
Prepare and set up machines for production runs according to specifications.
Perform quality checks to verify products meet standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols.
Assist with basic equipment maintenance and supplies management.

1st Shift Machine Attendant (Set-Up) Mills Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience within a manufacturing setting.
Basic computer, data entry, reading, writing, and math skills.
Must pass or hold STRATTEC operator driver's license for power-driven vehicles and fire extinguisher training.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
