JOB SUMMARY
Beretta Gallery in Highland Park, Texas is hiring a Luxury Clothing and Accessories Sales Professional to deliver an exceptional customer experience while embodying the Beretta brand. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving sales through personalized service, and consistently meeting targets. Ideal candidates will have a background in luxury or high-end retail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for client engagement. This position offers unlimited earning potential with base pay and uncapped commission.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for sales generation while upholding the integrity of the Beretta service philosophy.
- Exemplify excellence in customer service by taking responsibility to resolve customer issues with positive decorum and in a professional, timely manner.
- Exhibit pride through positive demeanor, body language and personal presentation.
- Demonstrate a true passion and respect for the product.
- Continually strengthens product knowledge and keeps abreast to industry trends.
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals and targets, ensure positive sales margins on a quarter/yearly basis.
- Accurately enters all customer information and correctly processes payments & credits in accordance to policy.
- Assist with any other projects as required (e.g. restocking merchandize, ticketing, inventory preparation, year-end inventory taking, etc.)
KNOWLEDGE\ABILITIES:
- Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and written and time management/project skills
- Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating winning results
- Knowledge of principles of salesmanship.
- Knowledge of hunting, sporting equipment, clothing and accessories preferred but not required
WORKING CONDITIONS\PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
- Work is performed in a professional retail environment.
EXPERIENCE\EDUCATION:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- At least three-years of related sales experience.
