About the Position

We are seeking a talented Luxury Closet Designer to join a growing design team serving high-end residential clients throughout the Odessa/Tampa Bay area. This role is ideal for a designer who understands luxury custom closets and enjoys turning clients’ ideas and spaces into highly functional, visually impressive designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their lifestyle, storage needs, preferences, and budget.
• Design custom luxury closets, dressing rooms, pantries, and storage systems tailored to each client.
• Create professional layouts, renderings, and design presentations using relevant CAD/design software.
• Take accurate measurements and translate room dimensions into detailed designs.
• Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, hardware, lighting, accessories, and organizational solutions.
• Present designs and revisions professionally and guide clients through the selection process.
• Work closely with installation and production teams to ensure designs can be executed accurately.
• Manage multiple projects from initial consultation through final installation.
• Build strong relationships with high-end residential clients and generate repeat/referral business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience specifically designing custom closets, luxury cabinetry, millwork, or high-end residential storage solutions.
• Strong understanding of closet layouts, functionality, materials, finishes, and hardware.
• Proven ability to work directly with homeowners and translate their vision into a finished design.
• Experience with CAD, 3D design, or closet-specific design software.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• A polished, professional presence with an appreciation for luxury residential design.

Compensation

• Earning potential up to $135,000 annually

This is not a general interior-design position. Candidates should have direct experience designing custom closets or closely related high-end cabinetry/storage systems.
