Backed by a parent company that has proudly sold and serviced equipment since 1953, we launched our Turf & Tractor division in 2018 and have since expanded to seven Kubota and Deutz-Fahr locations across Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of equipment, ranging from Kubota lawn and garden products to Kubota and Deutz-Fahr tractors.

                                                                  Must live in Outer Banks, NC

Key Responsibilities

Service Technicians will perform a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

• Diagnosing and repairing Kubota and Deutz-Fahr equipment
• Gas and diesel engine repairs and overhauls
• Transmission repairs
• Hydraulic system diagnostics and repairs
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Air conditioning system repairs
• Hydraulic pump and cylinder repairs
• Gearbox repairs
• Equipment setup and assembly
• Cooling system repairs
• Performing routine maintenance and diagnostics
• Accurately completing service documentation, warranty claims, and daily work orders

Qualifications

• Previous equipment service technician experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to troubleshoot, service, and repair Kubota and Deutz-Fahr equipment
• Must provide and maintain personal tools
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this position, employees are regularly required to:

• Stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Use hands and arms to handle tools and equipment
• Reach, climb, and maintain balance when necessary
• Lift and move equipment components and parts
• Communicate effectively through speaking and hearing
