Job Description

We are seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager with data center experience for a project in Chandler, AZ.

Responsibilities, not limited to the following:

• This person will be a liaison between the client and the workers
• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors and laborers
• Coordinate and schedule project tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines
• Monitor project progress and quality, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents to ensure accurate implementation of design plans
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel

Skills, not limited to the following:

• 3+ years Low Voltage PM experience
• OSHA 30
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and construction estimating techniques
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
