**Loom / Creeler Operator📍 Conover, NC

💲 Starting at $18.00/hour

🌙 Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM**- Load yarn and properly string creel machines

• Set up creels according to loom schedules

• Verify yarn is loaded correctly through eyelet bars

• Perform machine setup and changeovers

• Comfortable being harnessed in a lift up to 15ft

• Inspect safety harnesses and equipment before and throughout each shift

• Complete production paperwork accurately

• Identify quality issues and troubleshoot equipment when necessary

• Follow all safety policies and manufacturing procedures

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Basic math skills (measurements, percentages, ratios, and conversions)

• Ability to read and complete production documentation

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)

• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge

• Comfortable working at heights up to 15ft while using required safety equipment
