We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material handling. This role is critical to ensuring materials, robotics equipment, and customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, package, and prepare materials, robots, and controllers for shipment
• Receive incoming shipments and verify against packing slips
• Stock materials and maintain warehouse locations
• Perform inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Audit outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
• Enter transactions into inventory management systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support warehouse reorganization and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred
• Familiarity with inventory control and warehouse management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills required

Preferred Experience:

• Associate degree preferred
• Prior logistics or warehouse experience
• Forklift, reach truck, manlift, pallet jack, or overhead crane experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds safely and consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to work overtime and support multiple shifts when needed

You should be proficient in:

• Basic Computer Skills
