**Job Summary
**
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to oversee, optimize, and execute our end-to-end supply chain capabilities
. In this role, you will lead the strategic planning and daily execution of procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and domestic/international distribution
. Your primary goal is to maximize operational efficiency, minimize transit and carrying costs, and ensure a seamless flow of goods from our global suppliers to our customers

**Core Responsibilities
**
Strategic Planning: Design, implement, and continuously refine a scalable supply chain and logistics strategy aligned with company growth goals.
Procurement & Sourcing: Lead vendor selection, build strong supplier partnerships, and negotiate profitable service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to maintain optimum safety stock levels while minimizing overhead.
Logistics & Distribution: Manage inbound and outbound logistics network routing, evaluate carrier performance, and establish cost-effective shipping schedules.
Warehouse Management: Oversee layout configurations, staffing levels, material handling assets, and strict adherence to workplace safety regulations.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Create, evaluate, and present weekly and monthly operational dashboards tracking critical Supply Chain KPIs.
Risk & Compliance: Resolve active supply stream disruptions, address damage claims, and ensure full compliance with customs, trade, and legal regulations.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor logistics analysts, coordinators, and warehouse floor staff to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
**Required Skills & Qualifications
**
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely related industrial field.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, global procurement, materials management, or production scheduling.
Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) networks, Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel formulas.
Analytical Skills: Advanced capacity for complex problem-solving, predictive demand planning, and data-driven root cause analysis.
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills built to coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and external vendors.
**Preferred Certifications
**
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) via ASCM.
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
Continuous improvement credentials like Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.

On-Time Delivery (OTD): Meeting or exceeding targeted customer shipment arrival dates.
Inventory Turnover: Maintaining an optimized ratio that minimizes holding costs without inducing stockouts.
Total Logistics Cost: Reducing freight spend per unit, warehouse overhead, and tariff exposure.
Supplier Performance Index: Measuring vendor defect rates, fulfillment accuracy, and lead-time adherence.
