LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

We’re looking for a detail-oriented logistics professional to manage material flow at our client’s location. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring materials move accurately and efficiently from the dock to production and out the door.Pay: $28.85/hrAdditional benefits, 401k + match, 6 weeks pto per yearWhere: Muncie, INDIRECT HIRE

Duties

:

• Receiving

  • Track inbound/outbound schedules, coordinate truck arrivals

  • Inspect materials & flag discrepancies

  • Operate forklifts and power jacks

• Inventory

  • Ensure accurate inventory information in ERP

• Shipping & Scrap

  • Coordinate outbound shipments & document compliance

  • Audit manifests for accuracy

• Additional Duties

  • Admin duties & filing

  • Attend meetings representing the Receiving department

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor’s in Logistics or Business OR 4+ years of logistics experience

• Eligible to work with ITAR/EAR-controlled materials

• Strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills

• SAP experience (or similar ERP)
